Student/Work Experience
Lasley Elementary School
Student Field Observer/ Fall 2021 Semester
Completed part of my 50 hours observation at Lasley Elementary with MSU Denver graduate Alysa Quintana. During observation I would help students during worktime- keeping them on task, managing their materials, and answering questions students had about assignments. I assisted in creating lessons and led two lessons to the class throughout the semester.
Aspen Academy
Student Field Observer/ Fall 2021 Semester
Completed part of my 50 hours observation at Aspen Academy with art instructor Octavia Betz. My observation included working with students one on one with projects, material management, and participating in daily classroom activities. I was able to observe a multitude of lesson plans and project ideas within the art room.
Heritage High School
Student Field Observer/ Spring 2022 Semester
Completed 50 hours of observation at Heritage High School in Littleton Public schools with instructor Jessica Key. Throughout observation I would discuss artwork with students, provide feedback, and would help students and the instructor with small tasks. I observed classes working with drawing, painting, fibers, sculpture, and ceramics.
Goddard Middle School
Student Teacher/ Spring 2023 Semester
Completed one semester of student teaching at Goddard Middle School in Littleton Public Schools with instructor Shannon Hanschen. Responsibilities included assisting with and creating lesson plans, instructing class, managing grades, managing student behavior, and attending staff and district events.

BFA in Art Education/Expected Spring 2023/Metropolitan State University of Denver
Expected to complete BFA in Art Education in Spring of 2023. GPA as of 3/23/23 is 3.57.

High School Diploma/Spring 2018/Chatfield Senior High
Completed high school with a 3.6 weighted GPA. Lettered in swim team two years in a row. Held a leadership position in the Chatfield Multicultural Association and received a Charger award for performance in the Art department.
Employment Experience
Viewhouse Littleton
Bartender/ April 2021- Present
Responsible for taking care of bar guests, tables, as well as fulfilling drink tickets for servers. Would stock bar, cut fruit, and wash all bar glasses. Also responsible for banquets and special parties, making sure that food came out on time and all guests were satisfied.
Deer Creek Golf Course
Bartender/ August 2020- November 2020
On the golf course responsibilities included providing golfers with drinks on the beverage cart and at the bar I was required to mix drinks, pour beer from tap, make transactions, prepare food, and recommend drinks to customers.
Rock Bottom Restaurant and Brewery
Host/Server/ September 2018-March 2020
As a host responsibility included taking reservations and names of customers, inputting to-go orders, updating seating times, and alerting the kitchen of wait times and menu counts. As a server I was responsible for a 5-6 table section, taking orders, recommending both food and beer selections, and side work. I also received a ServSafe certification to serve alcohol.
Foothills Recreation
Swim Instructor/ March 2016-August 2018
Worked with multiple age groups ranging from 3 to 12 years old’s, teaching basic swimming techniques to more advanced strokes. Was responsible for handling small groups as well as working with parents on different students. Creating report cards for each student by the end of the session was also a responsibility.
ArtSPARK Creative Studio
Studio Assistant/ March 2018- October 2018
Main responsibilities included assisting students with current projects, providing resources to students for inspiration, and managing materials within the studio. I assisted in curating multiple art shows of student work within the Littleton area.
Awards and Acknowledgements
Sigma Sigma Sigma/ Education Director/ 2019-2020
Was part of a panhellenic sorority for three years of my collegiate experience and was the education director for a year. Tasks included keeping track of members grades and study hours, attending weekly meetings, and presenting programs to other members.
